Role and Responsibilities

Lead and direct people, equipment, and resources

Ensure sufficient deployment and productivity of work

Organize and coordinate daily activities of all crew members and resources to keep project on time

Ensure company/rented equipment is lawfully operated, cared for, maintained, and used effectively

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

Able to adapt to seasonal temperature changes and inclement weather

Able to meet physical requirements. Actions include but are not limited to, standing, walking, bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders, cutting wire, lifting 70 pounds, and more.

At least eight years in the power line construction business, with three being journeyman lineman experience and foreman experience preferred

Must have a valid Class A CDL

At least one year driving experience required

Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test

Adhere to company safety and health policies

Some travel required
